Using the FTP Manager.
- Once you are connected to our FTP Server, navigate to the folder containing the files you would like to send to us in the Local Site area.
- Next in the Remote Site area double click your County or Agency name to open the folder.
- In order for us to be able to keep track of the data, it is very important that you send the data to your folder and not the general directory. For your security you will only be able to copy files to the general directory, or your County/Agency Folder.
- You are now ready to send us the files. To send a file or folder drag and drop it from the Local Site area to the Remote Site area. This begins the coping process. Depending upon the size of the file or folder being sent to our server it may only take a few seconds to send, or it may take several Minutes. Once the file has been successfully copied to our server it will appear in the Remote Site area.
